Abstract

The question concerns team productivity with team and calendar controls. The secondary ordinary least squares analysis contains 1,197 observations and uses cluster covariance. The coefficient on targeted_productivity is 0.7129, with a 95 percent interval from 0.6034 to 0.8224. Staffing, targets, and overtime are recorded production choices rather than randomized treatments. Their coefficients can characterize a team-day projection without identifying how a staffing intervention would change output. Sequential service simulation motivates a later mechanism-based comparison. Independent production outcomes under declared actions would be required before allocating workers from these associations. The estimates describe the released collection and its conditioning set. No new data collection, simulator experiment, or deployment-policy evaluation is claimed.
