Internal Alerts across Two Dynamics-Shift Mechanisms
Abstract
An internal hallucination alert and dual robustness can respond to different errors. Evaluation should vary training-domain shifts and deployment perturbations separately, checking alert calibration in each condition. The benefit of acting on alerts requires independent workflow outcomes. One aggregate correlation or robustness score cannot establish protection across all mechanisms. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
