Abstract

Partition sample allocation creates the candidates a top-design procedure can retain. Evaluation should separate missed useful regions from membership mistakes among measured designs. It reserves independent terminal checks and counts downstream assessment. Accurate selection within the discovered list is an incomplete achievement if the search never produced a worthwhile group. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
