Abstract

The question concerns illustrative high unit-price event. The secondary ordinary least squares analysis contains 414 observations and uses HC3 covariance. The coefficient on age is -0.0093, with a 95 percent interval from -0.0125 to -0.0061. The unit-price cutoff creates an illustrative event within this local file. It is not an affordability recommendation or a forecast of returns. Top-group selection under input uncertainty would need defined alternatives and target-population weights. The projection describes conditional event association without establishing that a retained property group is optimal or useful in another market. The estimates describe the released collection and its conditioning set. No new data collection, simulator experiment, or deployment-policy evaluation is claimed.
